Our Policies Terms & Conditions
- Minimum opening order $150.00 no minimum reorder
- All items must be ordered according to the minimum case pack quantities
- All purchase orders must be placed by an authorized buyer
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Candles by Cottagewood, LLC
- Backorders are to be shipped within 60 days of the original shipment date without notification
Prices
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Items are billed at prices in effect at the time of shipping
Payment Terms
- Opening orders must be prepaid. We accept company checks, Visa, MasterCard, and COD. When prepaying please allow an additional 10% for shipping and handling within the continental USA.
- If paying by check please allow 3 weeks for clearance
- Using credit card, money order, or cashiers check will expedite your shipment
- Net 30 terms: Please contact Candles by Cottagewood, LLC for a credit application or submit your own form complete with trade and bank references. Upon approval terms will be established for reorders.
- Returned checks: A $25.00 fee will be added to your account for checks that are refused by your bank due to non-sufficient funds.
- Shipping FOB point is Chaska, MN. Special routing information must be specified on the purchase order or Candles by Cottagewood, LLC will ship at it's own discretion. For customers inside the USA we ship via UPS, FEDEX Ground or Common Carrier.
Late Payment
- Late charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be applied to all past due accounts
- Late payments may cause delayed shipments of future orders
- Collection costs and attorney fees will be at the customers expense
- All delinquent accounts will be submitted to Dunn and Bradstreet and other credit bureaus
Returns and Claims
- Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Claims must be mailed or faxed to Candles by Cottagewood, LLC Headquarters
- Invoice number and date must be specified
- All returns require prior approval from Candles by Cottagewood, LLC headquarters
- Return authorization number (RA#) issued by Candles by Cottagewood, LLC headquarters must be listed on all documents
- Unauthorized returns or unapproved destruction of merchandise will forfeit a claim
- Price tagged or shop worn merchandise may not be returned
